Michael S. Hadrys has established M & S Construction to serve the Twin Lakes area with home building and remodeling, commercial building, and related heavy equipment work. Hadrys has more than 20 years of construction experience, including road, bridge and high-rise construction and has certifications in excavating and other heavy equipment.

Hadrys came to the area from Sheridan, Illinois, in 2007, where he operated a business digging basements and building homes for 12 years. He has been involved in all phases of home building "from the dirt to the roof" including underground utilities, building and grading roads, digging basements, final grading, angle blading, and general site improvement.

Hadrys entered the building trades at age 16. He is a high school graduate, has vocational training and many years of learning on the job. As a union equipment operator for 23 years, he was trained and certified for backhoes, graders, front end loaders, crawler excavators, and cranes - including tower cranes, which are used hundreds of feet above ground on high-rise buildings. He is a member of Local 150 International Union of Operating Engineers.

The Hadrys family of eight resides at Gamaliel.
